      Pros

      The people are the best and extremely flexible with work schedules. I'll remember my co-workers more than anything else.

      Cons

      The only way to get a salary increase is to leave, then come back. The performance evaluation process has no meaning. Most managers will not stand up for their staff and afraid of their boss. Innovation left long ago due to bad management decisions.

      Pros

      Some of the smartest, most collaborative teams I've worked with who really are passionate about the business, the industry and what they do. They really want to do the right thing and make a difference for our customers. And, it's a great industry to work in!

      Cons

      Company has had lack of focus and long-term strategy for a very long time and consequently has been losing share and momentum. Unfortunately, the technical debt incurred has become the primary distraction as opposed to focusing on building strong teams, core assets, institutional knowledge and expertise and as a result we haven't been buidling new innovation or growing in a meaningful way for a long time. This is very far from the company I started working for.
