Pros

Very good work life balance, honest commitment to social responsibility, good industry and occasionally travel perks, some very talented people.

Cons

Complete lack of managerial courage at the VP level and above, not global, always aping what the competition does, continuous budget cuts due to poor financial performance.

Pros

Relaxed dress code. The company hires from within first. Good benefits. They do make an attempt to work with you to get time off.

Cons

Freeze on yearly raises. Job gets repetitive at times. Hard to kill the "down time" in between calls, since you you're not allowed to really search the internet or have electronic equipment. Shift bids, so your schedule can change pretty drastically. A lot of micro-managing from supervisors.
