      Pros

      Pay is good and opportunities for growth is good. My lead and supervisor are GREAT! Employee recognition is good. They make us feel valued.

      None that I can think of.

      Really easy calls and very easy going company

      Cons

      Too many calls. Have to work every other saturday and do mandatory OT on saturday

      Pros

      They are innovative and always working to improve the company and the staff. They have experienced some conflict (hold times, etc.) but they solve it. Leadership is very visionary-the future seems bright here. They give people the opportunity to grow-better than other places I have worked.

      Cons

      More time with the software in training would have helped me. Changes in my schedule are not easy-but I understood the reasons.
