I don't have any Pros for this place.

Cons

Pay should be higher. We work every Holiday, only 2 people can be off on the same day which makes it nearly impossible to request days off. If you're sick and bring doctors notes they will still pull you into the office. There's a lot of Favoritism towards certain officers. Mandatory overtime. 2 4 hour hold overs which means you're working 16 hours and 1 8 hour on your day off.
