      Pros

      They have mid appraisal hikes, pressure is high. Projects might have only 2 or 3 members in them. Like 3 days out of 5 will be very busy. Apart from that, it is a good company. Hikes are good. They have a You Learn We Pay policy where you can purchase courses on the internet, and if they are a good fit and approved by Tredence, you can get the reimbrusement of the course fee. They are good to the employees, no strict dress codes

      1. Good work culture that's the only thing I can think of

      1. Pathetic projects. Mostly projects revolve around dashboarding and documentation. No analytics involved. 2. No one hear you. Always they've excuse including HR and senior management. 3. Try to force things(project) that you're not interested in. 4. Very less compensation as compared to market standard. 5. Lot of people are leaving and paying too much to hire new guys.
