They train you for months and still pay your salary.

Cons

The upper management is no where aware of the circus in india. Tredence has hired vertical heads recently who are incompetent. The management in india is pathetic and the ceo is for sure not aware of it.

The work culture at tredence constitutes a positive growth ecosystem. The teams i have seen here and the one i have worked with are all full of supportive and cooperative people. Moreover, the feedback we receive from our managers always work as an instrument of growth for all of us

Cons

One con everyone is talking about is work life balance, which is usual in this wfh scenario for any company out there. But the fact that tredence takes effort to maintain that balance for its employess is appreciable. Likeone of the initiative is that we have well being leaves , which is very helpful if you are feeling a little stressed out due to work.
