Cons

The management between Trego and Spirit Airlines was ridiculous. Try to tell you one thing to do Spirit would tell you another thing to do. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for them.

None…unless you’re a Yes Male who doesn’t mind breaking federal laws and want to work with supervisors and managers who come to work stoned every day.

Cons

They fire or “schedule out the door” the good people and keep the people who fail drug tests, do damage to aircraft, and sexually harass women.
