      It starts at the very top...Vince and Tracy Dugan are very personable, approachable owners who really care about their employees... I have experienced this first-hand, during an extremely difficult time of need...A very laid back work environment, open to suggestions, with really good leadership...They really make you feel like family...I love everything about this company, and never dread going to work, like I have at some point with nearly every other job I've ever had...
