      Pros

      The managers are supportive, caring and have the best intentions for their employees. I have worked many places and I have never had CEO go out of their way to tell me how great I am and truly helped me grow professionally. All of the management from HR to my team mates go out of their way to be supportive. The pros of this job are flexibility, if you get your work done they work with you. No micromanaging here. Two, we get to help businesses and California be more efficient. I am truly grateful for this job and the growth of this company.

      Cons

      Can’t really think of one…oh maybe the health insurance if I had to pick something to say. But truly I think Healthcare in general should be free by the state. Just my two cents.

      Pros

      Able to set your own schedule for the most part.

      Cons

      Blind leading the blind. In direct contrast to what they claim is great about their company, they do not promote on based on merit and performance, but instead whoever kisses butt the best. Therefore, they have incompetent managers, who do not know what the hell they are doing. It is totally uninspiring to work there.

      I am sorry you were not inspired while working here. We feel like we do our best to give each person the tools and support to achieve their personal and professional goals. I would love more detailed feedback on how you feel our managers are incompetent, especially in the Anaheim market, as we feel they are exceedingly competent, supportive of their teams and great leaders.
