Incredible leadership. Patient and kind managers And co-workers who are more than willing to help you. You get a cellular service iPad Pro and the pay is great.

Cons

Repetitive daily 8am training video calls with the whole team. To much re-capping on basic or already discussed matters. Not enough innovation and drive to go beyond that in the videos.

The upper management wanted you to succeed

Cons

The company did not have permission from the third party provider to sell all the products, making it very hard for the sales associate to succeed.
