      Pros

      I have felt supported from day one. This is such a welcoming, inviting and inclusive environment. I have the materials I need when I need them. I'm so impressed with Ryan and Paul and their leadership. I feel invested in and cared for. I know they will do whatever they can to help me be successful. I love working at Trelevate.

      Cons

      My only critic is that it my physical work space is sometimes a challenge as it is difficult to make phone calls when your co-workers are sitting right next you with no barrier and they too are attempting to reach clients via phone.

      Pros

      Management, teamwork and support is great. Always positive. I was new in Sales in some respects and always received great training and support. I have to say that management does a great job keeping people in focus and they make it fun.

      Cons

      Well I need 20 words minimum, so , yes , training is pretty fast. That's how it is everywhere and you just have to pick up the rest as you go forward. Not to difficult when you enjoy the environment.

      Pros

      This place creates an environment for success. It is capable of showing you your potential and simply allowing you move where you need to with the flow of the day. This is something every company should strive for.

      Cons

      There are so many options of where to go and what to do. There are almost so many on a daily basis that it can be hard to narrow down where you want to go. They point you in a direction and simply let you go. That is great, yet very overwhelming at times.
