      Great if you like to make 40 door to door calls per day. only accepts small deals large deals are priced to high same price as small ones

      Cons

      when you quit they don't' pay you on the deals that you earned Pass up this job

      Trelevate pays all deals out to sales consultants on the commission cycle once they are received. As you are aware, contracts can be canceled by a customer and held up, such as in your case, when a customer claims misrepresentation. Trelevate does everything in their power to resolve any customer concern, especially with a customer in this situation.       Pros

      Young company. Eager to grow but patient in growth making sure that right people are in right places to handle new and challenging opportunities. Has a management staff for guidance and support second to none. Company understands about having a balance between work and family. Supportive to help individuals grow and get better in their craft in adidition to being supportive when personal issues arise to help overcome. Management takes personl interest in employees ideas that could help the overall agenda that being to be a better company than the day before. There is a feel of a family type of support.

      I have yet to bring to life any Cons that would deter a person from employment with Trelevate at this time

      Glad to hear your experience has been so positive thus far and that you feel supported! As for utilizing an Assistant Market Manager, we DO have Program Territory Managers and Training Managers in some of the markets, depending on the size of the team. These positions are definitely preparing for Market Manager positions. Keep up the good work!

      Pros

      Many pro's to mention. The leadership team allows you to manage your time in a way that allows you to be as successful as you want to be and pays out high commissions compared to other brokers I've seen in the business. I really appreciate the level of character and integrity the company as a whole shows in how they support sales consultants and outside charitable organizations in our community. It feels good working for an organization that cares about people. Uncapped commissions mean I can earn more money and I don't have to wait the entire term of our contracts to be fully paid out, I've even been paid for contracts prior to the start date which is another very rare thing in this industry. Lot's of support is given to everyone in our office by my managers, they really care about our success.

      Cons

      This is a business to business sales position, to me there is really not a con because I understand what it takes to sell successfully. I can see others who don't perform and who may not have the experience and maturity find this type of position to be difficult. Like any sales position where you're building your own pipeline of customers, the daily and weekly activity can be seen as a con to some but as I said before, to those if us who benefit by the upside of very large commission payouts, we realize the activity is necessary to make good money.
