Pros

Easy to get hired. Churn and Burn operation.

Cons

I was with the company less that 60 days and was let go. Local managers never went out. Within the five weeks they let 5 people go. Instead of training or working with you they fire you, management is too lazy to cultivate talent or go out in the field. Local management serves no purpose. Meetings are repetitive, every meeting you go over how to introduce yourself. Tiny salary. The only outside sales position without gas allowance, at the least.

It's unfortunate that you didn't find the morning meetings a valuable experience as the managers attempt to present content that can be used in the field to assist with the sales process. I would love to hear your suggestions for better content! Also, thank you for the valuable feedback to have the managers in the field more often.

Pros

short ramp up if you put in the time and I was consistently closing 5-6 sales a week. my third month I made over $8k in commissions. was hoping to grow with the company on this program or another. they told me targeted 1st year was going to be 55 to 65k. I was pacing for $$80k+.

Cons

I had to move because of family illness. They were not in the city I had to relocate too. But they did offer to hook me up with a staffing company in Dallas.

We hope your relative is doing better and sorry to see you leave. Of course, if we open in Dallas, we would love to have you back on the team or if you move back into the area. Glad to hear you enjoyed your time with us and our hope is that ALL team members exceed our targeted first year compensation!

Pros

I have really found my niche at Trelevate. After valuable training I am thriving in a full-time position with so many opportunities to learn and grow. The management team provides wonderful support and I am constantly building my confidence. I have learned so much both professionally and personally with the practice of Rockefeller habits and I am pleased to say that I have found a "home" here.

Cons

I would like to have more opportunities for face to face interaction with our managers in other markets.

So glad to hear you feel supported and at home with us. As you know, we strive to make a positive work environment for all employees! And so excited to hear you like the Rockefeller habits that we have been utilizing company wide for years. It is a great tool and we will continue to build using it. As for more face to face interaction with other market managers, that is a great suggestion that we are beginning to utilize. We see the benefit of the managers visiting other markets to cross train with both the sales consultants and other market managers. Keep building your confidence....we love to see that personal and professional growth in our organization!
