Pros
You get a combination of a team environment with the ability to drive your own sales territory. As an outside sales job, the local Trelevate management supports you as much as possible. Eventually though, it's up to you if you're driven to make the best of it.
Cons
This job is only for driven, competitive people that want to work in an outside sales role that is supported by a solid team. No room for whiners, lazy people or people that are not team players. The company is newer so you don't get all the perks of a larger company. On the flip side, you have great growth potential.
