      Great opportunity to grow with a growing company

      Pros

      Local management is fantastic. They provide you with the freedom to do your thing, but are always there if you need any help. This job is almost like running your own business. No micromanagement with great support. There is a direct correlation between what you make and what you put into this job.

      Cons

      A higher base would be great, but the upside in commissions are definitely there.

      Pros

      Upper Management who you report to all are very kind and easy to get along with. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay. Terrible training. The company basically throws you out to defend yourself after just two or three weeks. The territory that you work in has already been worked on by people in the past. It's a sink or swim kind of approach. For an experienced sales rep, this isn't the place to be. Extremely high-turnover. I was only there for a few months and I saw so many people quit or get let go. Very saturated industry with so much competition.

We pride ourselves on our training and strive to be efficient so we can get our sales people into the field sooner rather than later, so they can start making commissions.       Set your schedule basically anytime 8a to 10p Mon thru Sat

      Cons

      Company is NOT truthful, promises you can make unlimited commission checks, vertical advancement, None is true Base pay $10.57 hr comm paid once a montth
