Unrealistic Expectations!

Pros

flexible work environment, great coworkers, good work environment.

Cons

Unrealistic salary projections, terrible/very few benefits, high turnover. Sales Consultants are at the mercy of the energy rates they can offer customers - if they're below the utility, you can make sales. If not, it's a very hard sale unless you find an uninformed customer to take advantage of (and you're unfairly compared to markets/sales consultants in a favorable position). No diversity. Disconnected leadership. One client that dictates all!

Pros

Trelevate is such an amazing company! The upper level management is so supportive, encouraging and so transparent in their belief in their mission and their belief in their employees! I have never worked for a company that is so committed to the growth and development of their faith, the people they employ and the customers they serve. I feel honored and blessed to be a part of the Trelevate team!

Cons

There are none. They are really wonderful!

Pros

I truly feel like they are genuine and really care about me, especially my management team. REFRESHING! I've seen this company do some really cool things for some of my teammates. They didn't have to do anything but they did and It makes me feel proud to be a part of the team. It's really cool that we got to feed so many families for Thanksgiving. I feel like I'm growing a bit professionally. They do pay a base salary. I hope to stay for quite some time... For anyone that is looking to join this company, I would say you would like it. I've seen a lot of people do great and a few that haven't. Your going to get out of it what you put into, that's for sure.

Cons

Commissions take a couple of months to kick in since so you need to understand that going in. It happens in any sales position but I think any time I've started a new job, I've forgotten about that (developing a new pipeline, etc takes a little bit of time up-front.) benefits don't happen immediately upon start. you have to wait a couple of months.

Thank you for your feedback! Your input is always appreciated and would I love to hear your thoughts for another community outreach program. And as for growing faster?! Our company goal consistently points towards growth, but one that is deliberate, as we don’t want to grow too quickly at the expense of our clients and employees.
