Pros

unethical trickeries used but easy to catch if you examine your paystub carefully

Cons

If you are a consultant considering the offered by Treliant, this review is for you. You will be encouraged to work extra hours since you are new and you are eager to save the contract and keep the client. Treliant will try very hard not to pay for your extra hours. Say, you work for 60 hours but you will be paid for at most 45 hours. Consider the rest of it a tax. Even for the 45 hours, if you do not examine your paystub diligently, your payments will be skipped. Treliant will not worry about you leaving -- you will be laid off the moment you help Trelian save the contract and keep the client. Your work will be inherited by those whose families have a personal relationship with the top grass of Treliant.

Pros

General council not competent enough to fight any capable lawyer you would hire

Cons

Unbelievably arrogant management. Work place bullying runs rampant, HR even skips consultant payments. The protection for Treliant is that consultants work from home and therefore Treliant is not in the same jurisdiction--they cannot sue Treliant, Work quality is worse than what you can imagination -- capable consultants who developed the computer programs and executed the analysis were laid off already and their work is inherited by analysts with less skills, who cannot do it right but have the trickery of putting quick cheap cosmetic fix on -- most of the clients do not have the technical resource to figure it out until the examiners point that out and issue warnings.

Pros

Not smart enough to hide when caught cheating workers out of wages

Cons

Lots of trouble getting paid after catching Treliant cheating you out of wages. The top brass is clearly not worrying about the trouble such tactic brings. I am not sure if they care about the investor of the company at all.
