"clever" and foolish business model--Cheat workers out of wages

Not smart enough to hide when caught cheating workers out of wages

Cons

Lots of trouble getting paid after catching Treliant cheating you out of wages. The top brass is clearly not worrying about the trouble such tactic brings. I am not sure if they care about the investor of the company at all.

Expensive looking office--who do you think they rip off to get the money to pay for it?

Cons

Openly discriminate against people of color, verbal abuse, intimidation, toxic work environment, even undercount work hours Tricks include never sending you a copy of whatever you sign electronically, so. HR can say whatever they want. People are leaving. "Deliverables" has no deliverable contents (Numbers are not right, words are copied-pasted from previous report,)

Bad business model---implicate clients by skipping consultant salary payments

Pros

Will soon lose all its business and stop cheating both the consultants and the clients--they are leaving anyways even now.

Cons

Because everyone work remotely, Treliant is not in the jurisdiction of most employee---top brass is not afraid of doing things they would not dare to do otherwise, Skipping salaries of the consultants being one of them.
