Pros
Company culture varies heavily by office - the junior staff all were very friendly and fun.
Cons
Laid off almost entire junior staff in Nov 2018 and have had consistent layoffs / exits of senior execs before then as well. They charge high fees for mediocre work. Women were not given priority to join more lucrative projects and were always put onto more mundane ones. Despite not having any work for months on end, junior staff was still expected to sit at their desks, not look at phones, and stare at their computers. After layoffs, they asked a few people to return on a contract basis because they didn't account for the workload they'd still have. They stopped answering people asking for recommendation letters if they didn't return when asked. I've never seen such a blatant disregard for company employees. Fun fact - they put up 100 or so people in the St. Regis and held a multi-day All-hands meeting (that included a marching band) in the hotel before laying off tons of people - seems like the money could have been put to better use. I felt the need to write this post because I see numerous posts that are clearly fake amongst the 1 star reviews meant to try and improve treliant's overall score. Their business plan was primed to set them up post the 2008 crisis but is now heavily outdated, which is why they need to lay people off.
