Treliant reviews

I am at the rank of managing director, and my boss openly demands that I should do the job of an analyst of the lowest rank, and I should try my best to make the analyst's performance review look good. Why? The analyst keeps messing up with every project but is the only one left on the team while all those who never mess up with anything get laid off. This analyst is to inherit all the work left by those who are laid off and refactor them for the next season of the same clients. If we manage to keep the client, it is all because of the work I have done alone. My boss knows nothing about it and the analyst did none of it. It is the business model to hire highly qualified minority consultants to get/keep the contracts with good work. Then lay them off and let the kids/grandkids of the inner circle inherit the work and make do with it for as long as the clients do not find out. When the clients find out, no worries, hire high quality minority consultants again. Treliant does not worry about lawsuits from consultants because they work from home---in a different jurisdiction! Treliant has good relationship with the very ethical judges in their own jurisdiction who know that Treliant would never do anything wrong. :-)
