Bad management, high turnover, low pay, undertrained, no employee engagement, no room for growth, low hours, management does not care about its employees or clients; their only concern is profit. Their only concern is the funding/money they receive. It is alarming how little they care about their clients. They brand themselves as a company focused on the needs of their clients, but will happily ignore dangerous working environments (for both clients and employees). They consistently ignore issues relating to clients, and do not provide the resources necessary to provide adequate care. This company does not care about anything except money! Stay away!

There is a lot of drama between staff members. If you call out for any reason you get shunned by the people that had to cover you. If your supervisor has a problem with the way you are doing something you won't find out until it's a huge problem. Working with the kids is in no way a con, every con that I experienced had to do with staff members and supervisors.
