Flexible hours for part-time positions and HR and Management like to promote from within especially with new grads who have been successful at Trellis.

Cons

All the usual things that come with working in special education services.

Flexible hours After normal work hours Broadens perspective on those with ASD Helping a child with ASD grow and learn

Cons

Hours not guaranteed No chance to move up as far as pay goes Not reimbursed for gas for driving clients around

Pros

Working with children, make your own hours, switch cases if you like to, summer hours

Cons

Don't expect a lot of training, you will learn a lot while being hands on. HR staff is rude and very unhelpful, no manners and G-d forbid if they say thank you in an email.
