This company cares nothing for its employees. Off time is just a suggestion to them. So if you have anywhere to be after work don't expect to get there on time. And if you complain the dispatcher will make the rest of your shifts a living hell. Pay is one of the lowest for the area and for the work they expect you to do. They often expect you to work out billing issues while in the doctors clinic with your pt. Not your job? Well now it is with TriMed. They guy who runs the company makes well over $100,000 a year while his workers barely make a liveable wage. And Cabulance drivers make $15 starting while EMT's start at $12. Less education gets you more money here. If you're thinking of applying, go with AMR or Falk instead.
