Great Company to Work For

Pros

It's much like a family. Flexible hours and different types of schedules that help to create a great work/life balance. After 2 years of employment Healthcare is paid for by the company and the coverage is decent.

Cons

Depending on the day/location can be very very busy and tiresome. On the other side you have to face the fact that the pay isn't great, but lets be honest you didn't become an EMT for the pay you're there to help and serve the community.

Great coworkers, horrible pay.

Pros

Majority of my fellow EMTs are great hardworking people that are passionate about delivering compassionate and professional care to the communities that they serve.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid with no talk of hazard pay while working on the frontline during a pandemic.
