Great Pay & Benefits. Allows for mostly independent working environment.

Cons

Old school now trying to be "corporate." Management is promoted "over their heads." Limited growth or movement potential. HR does not correct bad supervisor issues. Is going though downsizing pains; cutting pensions, etc.
