I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Tri-State. Wonderful company mission and people, and I am truly grateful for all I learned and the friendships I gained. Very clearly defined mission and every year the objectives were well known and communicated from top to bottom. I honestly would have loved to stay here for many more years if it had been a different point in my career. I wish them all the success in the world!

Cons

A bit of an old school approach with working from home, but that may have changed with the pandemic. The big con is the energy industry in general, which affected many folks at the company. That said, the CEO seems to be righting the ship, but it will likely take some time to really recover and grow again.
