      A great company to work for with a great company culture

      Pros

      Tri-State is a company that truly takes care of their employees. The benefits are great and the company culture is one unheard of. I can honestly say that I am happy when I walk through the doors. Tri-State expects great things out of their employees but also doesn't expect all of their time. It is very rarely where you will have to work weekends or late nights (usually only when there is an unexpected problem, which does not happen frequently). Tri-State is moving at an exponential rate in business decisions and in benefits for their employees. I could tell from the recruiting process that Tri-State cares a lot about their employees and it only continues to grow each and every year.

      Cons

      Some of the employees do their work everyday in the mindset of "that is how we have always done it" instead of looking for ways that could be innovated or altered for the better. This also seems to be changing because of the new CEO. He is doing a great job in creating a new way of thinking and making the company morale even better than it was!
