Average Company. Nothing Special

Pros

Decent benefits. Allow partial telecommuting. There are some really good lower level employees who care. There are some really good lower level managers who make this place go.

Cons

The CEO talks about saving costs, but they continue to add executive staff positions. Mixed messages on cost savings. Seems disingenuous. Promotion is not based off performance. New hires no longer get a pension. Health benefits have steadily declined.
