Pros

Lots of different hours to choose from to work around your schedule. I moved up the ladder quickly but maxed out as supervisor. You can’t go any further unless you have your MLT.

Cons

Company will work you to death and tell you you’re easily replaceable. I always went above and beyond doing the supervisors job and floated to different sites to help train even tho they all had leads at the other sites. From the time I left it looks like they barely started paying a little better but it was not competitive pay when I worked there.

Pros

good learning and training opportunity, depending on the location you can get the experience with challenging draws and problems (UNMH)

Cons

pay, management does not know how to properly handle a dirty needle stick with an employee, responsible to find own pto coverage, looks more at the negativity rather than how much you put in and give to the company (UNMH)
