Flexible schedule for most employees. Interpreters are available . Volunteer opportunities and tuition reimbursement are very nice perks.

Cons

Pay could be better. Insurance premiums are high and can only use at trihealth facilities. Understaffed most of the time. Furniture for staff is falling apart

Fantastic company. I love working for the management team and the hospital has a non-punitive system. and the pay is competitive!

Pros

Small town hospital. Recently affiliated with TriHealth. They were super flexibile with my schedule while I was in school. They were understanding.

Cons

Everyone knows eachother or is related to eachother. This makes for a lot of loopholes in the rules, always in their favor. Also, Sometimes they choose to follow MHMH policies, other times they go by TriHealth. Rules and expectations can be a little blurred.
