Pros

Company has become more invested in the employees. Found the company to be enjoyable to work for. Benefits were good. Enjoyed discount tickets to local sporting events.

Cons

It sometimes feels like there is little room for advancement. I have been trying to advance my career with the company, but never received any feed back from positions I applied for where I was overqualified.
