Pros

Employee compensation packages are decent however you need to weigh that against the cons.

Cons

Data integrity issues are a constant headache, driving far too much unnecessary manual rework. The technology doesn’t help. It is either outdated or so fragmented that reconciling data across multiple sources feels like a full time job in itself. Because there is no reliable internal system to aggregate payroll, tax and financial data therefore everything ends up in Excel. At this point, Excel is carrying far more weight than it ever should. It is 2026 and the reliance here should NOT be this heavy. On top of that, processes and workflows, especially those that span across multiple teams, are barely documented, if at all. The so called central database for guidance is only useful if you already know exactly what to search for. Otherwise, it requires digging through dense paragraphs to find a single buried detail or giving up the database search and pinging a ton of colleagues for the answer. Between siloed teams, disconnected systems, and unclear ownership, understanding the full flow of data feels more like guesswork than a defined process.

Pros

Good work to be done Some great people who want to do the right thing.

Cons

Layoffs and people quitting but still expected to deliver the same amount of work. Company initiatives change before it has settled and off to a new thing.

Good gone bad

Pros

Minimal pros, some of the people are great. Others are there for the wrong reason. Good investment in technology.

Cons

Terrible leadership. More so “Armchair Quarterbacks”. Ask Sr Leadership when is the last time they actually spent time in the field other than NY and CA. The depend 100% on bad data and skewed surveys. They have zero ability to assess a market and identify solutions. Only push people out that done idolize them. So bad!!
