Good company values and some great teams with a great work culture. DWI is also front and center, so you feel good about working there.

Cons

It's a company of more than 3,000 employees, so there are teams/departments where you're just a number. But you'll find that at any large company.

Pros

TriNet's leadership goes out of their way to show they care about their people. When they say "People Matter", that includes their own people. The pay is competitive, the company is strong, and they really invest in their colleagues, consistently promoting from within and offering an untold number of leadership development opportunities.

Cons

As with any large company, the employment experience hinges on your direct leader. TriNet has some great leaders, and some who could use some additional development.
