Pros

TriNet pays its employees well.

Cons

Lost clients due to company becoming too big in my opinion. Lost its personal touch when we moved to "Centers of Excellence."

Pros

When I first came, we had great leadership and autonomy in our processes/ recommendations and my boss was a stellar leader.

Cons

By the time I left, we had adopted a "same" approach to all customer needs in our service offerings and were continually asked to work "double loads" due to overwhelming attrition in other areas. Bonus goals set were impossible to meet and no one seemed to really care about how the front line employees were affected. Time to move on......

Pros

Product, Senior Leadership, Collaborative Culture, Comp/Benefits. I've been here for 2 years and come from within the industry. Things move fast and there is a steep learning curve to the company and the industry. Once you figure out how to build your ecosystem, things change dramatically. It's been a fun ride.

Cons

The different business models still step on each others' toes from time to time. Would like to see more offerings than just PEO for prospects who aren't a good fit for what we currently do.
