      Pros

      I worked for an organization under the TriNet umbrella, Break the Cycle. The people that work there are great. They have the best intentions, and all truly believe in the work that they're doing. The passion is real.

      Cons

      There was an Executive Director who decided to up and leave the organization, which put a lot of things into a downward spiral. The passion is there, but it's hard to work when you're always asking questions.

      Family oriented environment even though it is a large company Growth opportunities for most CEO and Executive leadership involvement Holiday party Employee appreciation days

      No work-life balance Compensation low Poor middle/senior management in some areas Lack of organization on some teams

      Pros

      You learn a lot about general HR work. It's not boring.

      Cons

      Management sucks. They do not practice what they preach and have horrible internal HR practices. All the departments hate each other: constant in fighting and bad mouthing between them. They assign each HR so many clients they have no idea what's going on in that workplace.
