Company culture is based on core values, which aren't just a motivational poster. Company invests in employees by providing excellent benefits. Managers schedule regular 1-on-1s with direct reports. Divisions have regular all-hands meetings for communication. One TriNet - company attempts to make all company office locations plus remote workers feel connected as part of one company and accomplishes this mission. Lots of extra perks like a wellness mall, personal development classes, colleague resource groups, etc.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that the job title system needs an overhaul. There are many people often on the same team who do the same job, but have different job titles based on when they were hired or if they were part of a merger/acquisition. I realize this is a small thing and is kind of splitting hairs, but GlassDoor requires a "con" and it has to be at least 5 words.

The ramp up is really nice and the training staff is top notch

Cons

A lot of the management is "old school" in the sense that it's more of a boys club and the particular regional manager I was under seemed incompetent. They couldn't explain our MBOs or commission structure and would talk about former employees. They seemed to have very little knowledge of the products and process to close a deal, but would ask for responses to emails at 11PM
