Liberal company and no room for growth

Pros

- benefits are pretty good - WFH due to COVID, hoping they allow it to continue

Cons

- company is extremely liberal and makes it known. They post opinions on social that make it seem like they are speaking for their employees. It's embarrassing... The CEO can have his own opinions, but to group every employee in is not okay. - Not a lot of room for growth and it seems that promotions and substantial raises that are well deserved are nearly impossible. Some undeserving employees are rewarded when others are completely neglected.
