There is a lot of opportunity to make your name known within the company if you are performing. If you are successful and willing to go above and beyond for your team and colleagues, it is recognized. The company has a lot of work to do to become more mature and established, but they are definitely on their way.

Cons

A lot of turnover and sometimes unqualified employees with no PEO experience. Departments and processes aren't quite structured to speak to each other when it comes to issue resolution, but it is a company wide initiative to fix this. Service team and HR specialists are spread thin.

Well where to begin, the pay is terrible, they dont even pay market value in my office at least. When they make an offer to you for a raise or promotion there is no negotiating., it is take it or leave it. Either way they dont care. If they could train monkeys to do the job and not pay them they would. Seems that if you make horrible business decisions you get a promotion. SVP says he is there to clean house and shake things up. 1 year in and not one thing has changed in my daily work life.
