This place epitomizes toxic work culture. The majority of male managers (referred to as DOS) lead with intimidation and fear. It's a workplace where directors brag about making new hires cry in shark tanks. It's a place where two co-workers can get into a screaming match in the middle of the sales floor, threatening to get the other fired, and there's no consequences. Even for a sales job, the complete lack of a work life balance is extreme. The horrible culture and work life balance greatly outweigh the decent opportunity to make money here.
