Pros

Every time I want to complain, I think about previous positions I've had and how hard it would be to find another company to work for that makes things this good for employees. Then I have to check myself and realize I shouldn't be such a complainer. Great place to work, great benefits, great great product... I really love it here.

Cons

My complaints are: processes are too complicated - great product that's easy to sell but more often than not you battle more internally than you do with the prospects to get the deal done. Lots of complaining entitled millennials. Managers always coming at you with projects that take time away from your core competencies. Often feels like there is a big disconnect and misalignment of priorities between upper level management and lower level employees. Example: often losing deals to high medical pricing, then seeing that insurance services is increasing revenue 100% YOY and cutting checks out to clients for overages... and then sales VPs are wondering why so many employees aren't hitting plan. Truly a 3000 employee startup.

Pros

If you've experienced success selling to the C-Suite in a high-volume B2B sale, you'll find a rewarding career and a solid comp plan at TriNet. Our verticalized teams work with the brightest minds in the most interesting industries such as FinTech, Life Sciences and Not-for-Profit. I love being part of my community and I feel blessed very day to work with a very talented team from sales to service and beyond. I believe TriNet is a great place to work.

Cons

From September - January our hours increase significantly. This is a life-style business and you may attend meetings from 7am-8pm on a fairly regular basis. The Consultant owns their own schedule, but success requires hard work and discipline.

Pros

A highly supportive culture driven by your peers and management who all share the same vision. A truly success inclusive not exclusive environment where your time to shine is inevitable.

Cons

Systems access during onboarding could have been better facilitated but overall a great company to work if you are into fun places to work or excellent leadership.
