Pros

Job security. They hold on to everyone because they need bodies. Management is "nice" to your face. Expert manipulators. Sad.

Cons

Horrifying micromanagement. No innovation in process or product. Advised to lie to clients about technical aspects of product on daily basis- among other things. They rely on awful chaotic PowerPoints for training. Management is more of a regime in a constant dictator style power struggle than anything. No actual leadership. Champion season. Just ask anyone in the company. It's straight up slave labor.

Pros

The pay is okay for a beginning specialist.

Cons

Your coworkers will be catty, your management will be disorganized, you will be overworked and underpaid for the amount of work that you are expected to do.
