great benefits, great work-life balance, company promotes volunteerism and healthy activity

Cons

people with strong knowledge sets are promoted to senior managerial positions but have no idea how to lead people and aren't trained to do so. disastrous. causes employee flight.

Great Corporate America BS experience

Cons

The juice is not worth the squeeze. The benefits are overrated. Management puts on a good facade and will serve you the Kool-Aid to no end. They do not care about ethics or employees and are only focused on revenue and stock price. This review doesn't allow me to select negative stars or I would.
