Pros

Top notch training and everyday support. Excellent culture, benefits, perks, competitions, and yes compensation. The negative reviews here are likely from one of our competitors or one of the few who don't like or can' understand real work.

Cons

Not for the faint hearted or weak minded. If you arent dedicated you will fail.

Pros

Good benefits- medical, dental, and vision. They include short term and long term insurance. Small 401k match

Cons

For Sales- If you are seriously looking for work at trinet do yourself a favor and connect with past employees and also current employees (ask them to talk off record)- they will all tell you that is one of the worst places to work. The job is demanding but no more demanding than most sales jobs- this is a terrible excuse at why turnover is over 50% and employee morale at an all-time low. BULLYING and micromanagement are at a max, a constant everyday. A week or even a day doesn't go by when a certain sales executive doesn't threaten employee(s) for their job and security. Think mr. New York macho but with "smaller hands". This is widely known, so its funny to see HR's response, to many claims, why wouldn't somebody reach out to them- because nothing is ever done! Sexism, favoritism, & cronyism are rampant plus new ideas are disregarded. Do your research on this company, just don't jump at the pretty, initial packaging. The ship is sinking, the top have their rafts, the rest are left to drown- this is their culture.
