Pros

nothing to add at this time.

Cons

Having come from IT/software for the most part, the leadership of TriNet do not truly understand the PEO industry. This is a service platform, not a cloud platform. Sales leadership is out of touch and doesn't care about the success of the sales reps. client attrition is a huge problem.

Pros

They pay well, and overall most of the people are nice. They try and keep their employees informed...most of the time.

Cons

For and HR & Payroll company they are a mess. They have problems with the DOL, and during times of audit it's a hit and miss if anyone gets a vacation; so don't work in the finance department. HR is a disaster, they don't understand how to treat people and don't always make the best decisions. To make matters worse, their VP of HR resigned so their HR department is a wild card. The ethics hotline is just for show, they don't take is seriously.

As a public company in a heavily regulated industry, we take compliance and ethics very seriously and we assure you that our ethics hotline - and the established process supporting it - is operative and readily available to our employees. We wish you well in your future career development.

Pros

Benefits and PTO are in line. The building is kind of nice and they have a few vending machines that help and oh yea, free coffee.

Cons

You are going to find the same old corporate BS that you find in every corporate job. There is a LOT of drama and back stabbing. The people I were "Honored" to work with were well seasoned. Working in the IT department I saw many older (over 40) people dismissed only to be replaced by younger, "in-click" people. Even some in mid management positions who didn't fit in the group were replaced. This seems to be systematic and most likely illegal but honestly, if you take a look at the IT department (Helpdesk, workstation, tier-2 and various other teams) you will honestly notice a generation gap. Department managers don't seem to notice, nor do they care. It's corporate after all but it is also obvious and very sickening to watch.
