      Training and leadership provided to new hires. Tenured employees given completely autonomy to run "their own business" Fun, Collaborative environment Room for rapid advancement through achievement Continuous improvement provided to further employees careers Lateral movement between departments if sales is not the right fit for you

      Cons

      High pressure, high tension sales environment (high reward as well) New hires need to catch on quickly in order to stay on track Poor performers weeded out quickly

      Management seems ready to tackle the challenges to grow the business. Engineers are given a lot of autonomy. Great perks

      Cons

      Lots of legacy systems to work through. Some people don't seem that motivated to do more than the bare minimum.
