Degrading Employees is Key

Pros

TriNet offers some fantastic benefits, and if you are lucky enough to have a people-focused manager, you can go far

Cons

Client success is a joke. We are not allowed to help our clients, the other departments do not provide assistance and are only focused on their goals, not the client needs. We are treated like dogs, even though we may have more experience and credential than the 'human capital business partners', who are allowed to provide incorrect information and give advice opposite to what actually is best practice. Being paid less than them is an additional kick in the face.

Heavily corporate

Pros

Great people, great product (for the most part) and good corporate intentions.

Cons

Very corporate. Sales people are under the microscope and often micro managed and this can be a very stressful environment to work in. Vertical segmentation can feel like selling with handcuffs on and some verticals (Tech especially) are favored. There is a heavy revolving door culture for sales.
