      Good company values and some great teams with a great work culture. DWI is also front and center, so you feel good about working there.

      Cons

      It's a company of more than 3,000 employees, so there are teams/departments where you're just a number. But you'll find that at any large company.

      - Helping colleagues - Flexible work environment

      - Lack of vision in management. - Leadership takes decisions without thinking of the employees. - Stagnation in growth after sometime. - Too much process which kills your creativity - The work environment is getting depressing if not toxic - The employment of employees is at the mercy of management. If they want to terminate, you can be forced to resign by making up reasons. - Not a great company for those who want to excel in tech skills.
