Pros

I can't say enough positive things about my experience working at TriNet. -Excellent benefits including extensive parental leave, 100% IVF coverage, tuition reimbursement, adoption reimbursement, semi-annual bonuses, and more. -Pay is competitive. When the market got crazy and prices went up, the company did a full review and increased my salary almost $20k annually because they felt like we were being paid below market. -Work life balance is great. I really like the overall work culture. Remember when reading negative reviews, it's a big company and different departments may have different experiences. You'll notice a lot of negative reviews come from sales/marketing department.

Cons

I really have none. All companies go through changes to try to advance and sometimes they've caused chaos in the workflow by making changes, but changes are part of life and no job is ever rainbows and sunshine 24/7.

Pros

Great company to work for.

Cons

As a frontline rep for clients, you have a book of business with more companies than you can provide attention to in a 40 hour work week.
