Pros

Great colleagues and previously great benefits and remote opportunities. I learned a lot in my role and was able to contribute to the development of my team's processes. A lot of training options including certificate tracks, wellness sessions and financial learning.

Cons

Frequent recurring layoffs, which results in a lot of insecurity and suspicion. Leadership decided to invest in new centers in Atlanta and India, reducing remote options and US-based roles, and offsite gatherings for several hundred employees right before a large, company-wide layoff. Very little opportunity for advancement or promotion.

Pros

Great Benefits that's about it!

Cons

There have been too many layoffs and constant changes in direction. They have SDRs training their own replacements right in front of them, which feels insulting and shows a lack of respect for our intelligence. It is clear they do not truly value SDRs, and I believe the long-term plan is to replace experienced SDRs with college graduates, interns, and eventually AI.

Pros

The benefits are great and company has a lot of training they offer.

Cons

Since Mike Simonds joined has changed the company culture and destroyed what was once a great organization focused on people. Now it's all about the bottom line and everyone is disposable.
