The call volumes were terribly high here. There was also no learning as we had to read scripts instead of providing real knowledge to patients. It was ridiculous. The pay was also horribly low for the number of calls I was supposed to answer. Overall, I recommend you avoid TriageLogic and take up a real nursing job to get the respect you deserve. The management won't respect you here.

They threw SO many calls at us nurses, it was insane. We were talking worried people with all sorts of health junk, and there was no way to actually help them properly. It felt like we were churning out healthcare like a burger factor. On top of that, the supervisors seemed way more concerned about hitting some numbers than they were about the patients or even us nurses. We were all burnt out and stressed to the mac, and it felt like management didn't even blink.
